  23. I'm using a 14.4bps modem, and notice that my average FTP cps rate is
  24. only about 1250.  I'm hoping it'll increase to atleast 1500-1600 when
  25. I get around to registerting ppp.device.

  27. Yes, I'm *very* pleased to see that the author is asking a reasonable
  28. registration (US$15) fee.  Perhaps if more authors asked for a smaller
  29. fee they'd got more registrations?
